My Mrs is a native spanish speaker, I remember years ago I found an interview with tevez about west ham in his native Argentina, I asked the Mrs to translate, she said even his Spanish was barely legible and he sounded borderline special needs.

Don’t you think it’s a bit of a bottle job thing to admit this now?
Why don’t you blame your own military junta for going into a needless war over a bit of land Argentinians never inhabited but British people did and wanted protection from invaders of their lives they’ve made out there?

Argentina is like Russia. Its potentially a fantastic country that could be fantastically wealthy and egalitarian but its constantly fucked up by its leaders leaving most of the population infantilised and brow beaten.

The Falkland Islands are 400 miles from the southern tip of Argentina and 900 miles from mainland Argentine. They may well be nearer to the islands than Britain but hardly close enough to claim them as automatically theirs.
The only reason for the war was that Argentina thought that future technology would allow exploitation of seabed minerals and oils...
